Let's step up for mental health and rise to the challenge!

On Sunday, March 14, be ready to run, walk or crawl your way up 77 floors as the 2021 Stair Challenge raises funds and awareness for a local charity, LIVIN Organisation to help spread the message that It Ain’t to Weak to Speak.

1 in 5 people experience mental illness each year and as we work our way through the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have been isolated, suffered loneliness and anxiety, there is even more of a reason to get behind LIVIN, raise funds and build awareness.

LIVIN is a non-profit mental health awareness and education organisation founded in honour of a great man, Dwayne Lally, who like many others took his life after living in silence with mental illness.

LIVIN is all about living your life at the top and breaking the stigma around mental health. Through the development of an educational program, unique apparel, and community awareness initiatives, LIVIN is driving a generational change towards the understanding of mental health.

The funds raised through LIVIN’s merchandise, community events, and activities go directly into educating young Australians that #itaintweaktospeak through the LIVINWell school's program.

2021 registrations are now open!

Participants are required to raise or pledge a minimum of $35 for LIVIN as part of their participation in this event.

All funds raised will go towards raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention initiatives.
