Completed in 2005, Q1 was the tallest residential building in the world at the time and remains the tallest on the Gold Coast today. Its design draws inspiration from the Sydney Opera House and the Olympic torch, making it one of the region’s most recognisable landmarks. The building reaches 322.5 metres high and includes the SkyPoint Observation Deck on level 77.
