SkyPoint is required to follow the direction of Queensland Health.
The health & wellbeing of our guests and team members is incredibly important to us. We have introduced a range of measures to ensure every visit is a safe and enjoyable one. Our comprehensive COVID Safe plan has been reviewed and approved by Queensland Health.
Wearing Masks at SkyPoint
Queensland Health recommends that all guests carry a mask on them and wear it when they cannot physically distance themselves, particularly when indoors. We encourage and support all team members and guests who may wish to continue to wear a mask.

To help reduce contact, we recommend that you purchase your entry ticket online.

Venue capacity has been reduced based on Queensland Government requirements. Friendly team members will assist with the entry process so we may monitor numbers carefully.
To assist with contact tracing, the name, address and mobile number for each group will be collected upon entry.

Guests are encouraged to observe physical distancing to the extent possible. In accordance with Health advice, everyone is encouraged to carry and wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible.
Floor indicators are displayed throughout the deck to encourage appropriate spacing.

Hand washing facilities & hand sanitiser are available throughout the venue.
Hygiene & Cleaning supplies are regularly monitored and replenished.
High touch surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected.

Contactless payment is preferred.
Dining seating has been reconfigured to accommodate safe physical distancing.
Self-serve condiment and cutlery stations have been removed.
Buffet and water station use are temporarily unavailable.
