HEALTH AND SAFETY

Your Health And Safety is our most important priority at SkyPoint Climb

We are proud to offer such an exhilarating Climb experience that caters to many people, including those with various health conditions and levels of fitness. We take all measures reasonable throughout the entire Climb, however before taking on this adventure of a lifetime, it’s important that you read and assess the following health and safety information.

You will not be able to participate in the Climb if your health, physical or psychological condition or any other personal factor may endanger or risk your health and safety, or that of other Climbers or SkyPoint staff or affect your ability to complete the Climb unassisted.

Be Prepared!

A moderate level of fitness and strength, as well as full body control and hand-eye-foot coordination is required to participate in the Climb. While there will be occasional rest stops throughout your journey, the Climb itself will entail:
  • Ascending approximately 140 steps at an angle of approximately 30 degrees to the summit of the Climb.  You will then descend approximately 140 steps to complete the journey
  • The steepest part of your experience includes climbing up and reversing backwards down a step ladder at an angle of approximately 65 degrees.
  • During your time on the Climb, you will not have access to seating, water, shade or toilet facilities
  • Possible exposure to adverse weather and elevation conditions
All participants must be able to climb independently (unsupported by walking aids) and will be required to complete on the day of your Climb, a SkyPoint Climb Declaration Form.   Please download and read through the Declaration Form before the date of your Climb.
