- SkyPoint Climb Gift Certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and redeemable for a SkyPoint Climb experience to the value of the Gift Certificate
- Once booked, it is non-transferable and non-refundable. Changes to the date or time of a reservation are permitted up to 7 days before your confirmed climb date, subject to availability. Changes requested inside of 7 days cannot be accommodated.
- Under exceptional circumstance SkyPoint Climb Gift Certificates can be redeemed for substitute products including SkyPoint food, beverage, admission & merchandise by the validity date of the Gift Certicate.
- Treat this SkyPoint Gift Certificate like cash.
- Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen SkyPoint Gift Certificates certificates will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date.
- Unused balance on the expiry of this SkyPoint Gift Certificate will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds the available SkyPoint Gift Certificate balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method.
